This privacy policy applies solely to the website www.librilliamoinmusic.com and does not cover any external websites accessed by the user via links on this site. The policy is also based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 issued by the European data protection authorities, meeting within the Working Party established dall’art. 29 della direttiva n. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the purpose of their visit.

In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and subject to the free and explicit consent given at the end of this notice, personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

Scope of communication and dissemination

We would also like to inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except where necessary to comply with legal obligations, which may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants or other parties.

Transfer of personal data

Your data will not be transferred to any Member States of the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union.

Special categories of personal data

Pursuant to Articles 26 and 27 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, in the event that data classified as “special categories of personal data” are provided to the data controller—namely, data revealing “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning a person’s health, sex life or sexual orientation”, such categories of data may only be processed subject to prior free and explicit consent, given at the end of this policy.
