The processing will be carried out by automated and/or manual means, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Articles 33–36 of the Code) concerning security measures, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose and in compliance with the provisions of Article 29 of the GDPR 2016/679.

In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and subject to the free and explicit consent given at the end of this notice, personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

We would also like to inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except where necessary to comply with legal obligations, which may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants or other parties.

Your data will not be transferred to any Member States of the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union.

Pursuant to Articles 26 and 27 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, in the event that data classified as “special categories of personal data” are provided to the data controller—namely, data revealing “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning a person’s health, sex life or sexual orientation”, such categories of data may only be processed subject to prior free and explicit consent, given at the end of this policy.
