Word of mouth

Passaparola is one of the most substantial events in Go! Lim – Librilliamo in Music, a project born out of over a decade of work by the Centro Studium APS, which, through events and activities, engages the cross-border Isontino region, placing young people at the centre. As part of Passaparola, the project partners have organised a series of presentations in Italian and Slovenian upper secondary schools, with a particular focus on the training programmes included in the initiative.

The meetings had two main objectives: firstly, to recruit participants for the training programme; and secondly, to raise awareness amongst students about the project’s activities. The Centro Studium APS association is accredited as one of the organisations within the regional PCTO system, having signed an agreement with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and the Regional Education Office.
The institutions involved include the ISIS D. Alighieri in Gorizia, the IP Cossar Da Vinci in Gorizia, the ISISS D’Annunzio Fabiani in Gorizia, the Educandato Liceo Uccellis in Udine, the Liceo Percoto in Udine and the Slovenian-language ‘Gregorčič’ High School in Gorizia: schools with which the Centro Studium association has existing PCTO agreements (formerly the school-work alternation scheme). Relations with the Slovenian Gimnazija secondary school in Nova Gorica have also been strengthened, thereby broadening the pool of potential participants.
The Passaparola project was carried out in three phases
  • Event 1 – GONG Area – January/February 2026: Presentation of the project, featuring animated readings in at least four nursery and primary schools in Gorizia
  • Event 2 – ECOC Area – March 2026 – Bilingual storytelling sessions and short juggling and magic shows for children at primary schools in Cormons and nursery schools in Capriva del Friuli
  • Event 3 – Interreg Area – March 2026 – presentation of the GO project, ‘Librilliamo in Music’, in Caorle (VE), aimed at promoting the legacy of GO2025 in the tourism sector through a show featuring animated readings and juggling for children.

Word of Mouth – Caorle (VE) – 22 June 2026
On Monday 22 June, the Nova Gorica School of Music’s symphony orchestra, conducted by Prof. Alessandra Sluge, visited Caorle, a picturesque coastal town near Venice. Music and poetry were interwoven throughout the event; Slovenian musicians performed, whilst young people from Gorica (IT) enriched the programme with poetry readings.
